"As we go about our daily grind of day to day mundane activities, let’s remember: The Ribbono Shel Olam treasures those activities those deeds that we do as we go about the house dealing with everything that needs dealing with and tending to our children. These are the acts that the Ribbono Shel Olam treasures"

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Halve the sweet potatoes lengthwise and rub the cut sides with a little olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place cut-side down on a lined baking tray and roast for 30–45 minutes, or until completely tender.
- Toss the quartered mushrooms with a little olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking tray and roast for approximately 15 minutes, or until tender and golden. You can roast them alongside the sweet potatoes, adding them to the oven towards the end of the cooking time.
- While the sweet potatoes and mushrooms roast, chop the tomato and baby cucumbers. Slice the avocado and chop the fresh cilantro, if using.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add one tbsp olive oil and the ground beef and burger seasoning, breaking up the meat with a fork or wooden spoon as it cooks. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Place two roasted sweet potato halves into each serving bowl. Top generously with the seasoned ground beef, roasted mushrooms, fresh tomato, cucumber, and creamy avocado. Finish with a drizzle of spicy mayo and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro for the ultimate flavor-packed bowl.

Ever touched a frog and wondered why it felt so slimy? That slime is actually a survival tool. Frogs can absorb oxygen right through their skin, but only if it stays moist, so special glands keep it coated in mucus.
They do breathe with their nostrils and lungs, too, but about half of their oxygen comes through their skin. And when they’re underwater, their skin does nearly all the work.

Something new I’ve learned in the past five years: Done is better than perfect. I used to nudge a logo by one pixel for an hour. Now I focus on the bigger picture.
The thing I said I’d never do (but now do): Order groceries online. I used to insist on choosing all my own fruits and veggies, but I have other priorities now.
This comes easily to me: Keeping a relatively organized house.
I struggle with: Keeping a good work-life balance. I work from home, so I’m frequently working evenings.
A confession: I'm not a good homework mom.
When I’m overwhelmed, I: Buy ready-made dips and fish for Shabbos.
My sanity saver: Cleaning help.
The advice I actually follow: “Sleep when the baby sleeps” never worked for me, but “lower the bar, then lower it again” is the best advice I’ve ever gotten.
A shortcut I'll never apologize for: Plastic plates. Every. Single. Night.
The chore I avoid at all costs: Folding laundry. It lives in a basket, and we all shop from it. Matching socks is a myth I stopped believing years ago.
My easiest dinner win: Breakfast for dinner. Eggs in most forms go over really well and count as protein.
My most repeated weekly purchase: Eggs and milk.
In my pantry, you’ll never find: A full box of anything. Cereal, crackers, granola bars: with five kids, a “full box” lasts about six minutes.
