The Missing Piece
For years, Miriam searched for answers.
It started with persistent foot pain that made every step difficult. She tried physical therapy, chiropractors, supplements, and alternative treatments. Some offered temporary relief, but nothing lasted.
Then came the headaches. Beneath it all was a constant anxiety she had learned to live with because no one seemed able to explain it.
After years of searching, thousands of dollars spent, and endless effort, a friend recommended Real Cure’s Complete Sarno Method Course.
Within weeks, her foot pain was gone. The headaches stopped. And for the first time in years, the anxiety lifted.
Could this work for you, too? The Complete Sarno Method Course teaches a structured mind-body approach designed to help people address chronic pain, anxiety, and other stress-related symptoms.
What makes this course different? Real Cure’s program includes the Coherence Technique—the missing key not taught in traditional Sarno-based programs—which uses a clear step-by-step process to work with subconscious patterns that may be contributing to chronic pain and stress responses. It also includes structured worksheets and tools, guidance for applying the method with children, natural anxiety support techniques, and access to expert coaches for ongoing support.
If you're struggling with chronic pain, headaches, anxiety, fatigue, digestive issues, or other stress-related symptoms—and nothing has provided lasting relief—there may be a missing piece.

“
I make sure to always have cake and cookies in the freezer. I bake cake in loaves and take out when needed. (Tip: I mix the batter in the food processor after making kugel & dips.) My go-to cookie is chocolate chip biscotti from Balebusta Choice 2 or any choc chip cookie/bar recipe. I store them in an airtight container in the freezer. If it's a large recipe of cookies, I bake half and the other half I freeze raw. I shape the dough, store it in 9x13, layered with parchment paper. When needed, I pop them the oven for 13 minutes and tada, fresh cookies. -L.S.
I always have brownie and kokosh or rugelach in my freezer. I randomly bake crinkle cookies, milchig stuff, or any other cake. Brownie is a winner over everything else either way!
-Yitty Mehring
I usually bake for Shabbos so it's fresh. I try making a big cake like marble, brownie, or sprinkle to have stock and something small for the kids to hold like biscotti or chocolate chip cookies. And when I'm really fancy it'll be cinnamon buns or rugelech. And when I'm really in the mood, it'll be all three! Lucky kids. -Anonymous
I usually bake a bundt cake for Shabbos, plus some type of cookie. Besides for that, I like having homemade granola and breakfast muffins in my freezer.
-S.D.
Frozen chocolate chip cookie dough balls are my best hack. The house smells of fresh baked cookies and no mess! -S. Friedman

If Life Hands You Lemons...
Make a lemonade stand! Bored kids with no school? Here's an activity that'll keep them happily occupied (or at least, that's the hope!).
Here's Their Mission:
Decorate the Booth - Set up a table or corner space and let the kids go wild decorating! Colorful tablecloths, streamers, flowers – make it inviting and eye-catching so customers can't resist stopping by.
Design the Signs - Have kids create fun, colorful posters with the drink options and prices. Let their creativity shine! Cute slogans and bright decorations will draw people in.
Prepare the Lemonade - Kids can help squeeze lemons, mix in water and sugar, and stir. They'll feel proud knowing they made the product they're selling!
Run the Stand - Set up outside and let them handle sales! Kids will learn about money, customer service, and the satisfaction of running their own business.
They’ll start off just mixing lemons—and end up learning a little about effort, pride, and what it feels like to build something themselves. Plus: lemonade.
A win worth celebrating.
